We have an opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our client within their Property Services team based in Hertfordshire. Your key responsibility will be to provide support to the Bid Team, collecting and maintaining information on the business, projects and people, in particular in responding to Selection Questionnaires (SQ’s) /pre-tender requests and writing bids to deliver opportunities into the business which align with their business plan.
Our client successfully provides Repairs and Maintenance Services to over 400,000 homes across the Southeast, providing stand-alone maintenance services, planned and reactive maintenance for Social Housing Landlords.
Key Accountabilities Will Include
Working as part of the bid team specialising in refurbishment projects for social landlords, you will require experience in the Public Sector on similar projects.
