Position: Construction Manager – Cut and Carve commercial project
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £80,000 plus lucrative package
Our client was the 4th fastest growing main contractor on FT1000 (2021). Set up 8 years ago, they are already turnover in excess of £600 million and are cash rich, offering financially secure environment.
Together we are looking for a Construction Manager for a large commercial project in Central London. Scope of work consists of strip out and refit of a commercial office with a 2-storey extension (raising it 2 levels) in Tower Hill.
Position: We require a Construction Manager to support the Project Manager, leading all site activity, managing the project from inception through to final handover.
The successful individual will have full responsibility of delivering the scheme.
Duties will include.
Previous experience on commercial London projects is essential. To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach.
