The Company

This Façade Supervisors role is with one of the leading main contractors in the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors. Primarily working in London and the Southeast they undertake major new build and refurbishment projects in the £30m – £200m bracket. They are one of the UK’s fasted growing main contractors and they currently have full order book with numerous projects due to site imminently.

The Role

We are looking for a Façade Supervisor to work on a major £150m new build in central London. You will either have experience of working for a main contractor, developer or sub-contractor but must have experience of working on major schemes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the day to day facade construction of the project
  • Ensure that the project is executed according to the costs, deadlines, quality and safety established by the company.
  • Supervise and coordinate the teams involved in the project.
  • Manage and communicate changes in the project.
  • Responsible for the hiring of auxiliary resources, equipment, etc.
  • Weekly report on the status of the project.
  • Participate in weekly work meetings.
  • Ensure that sub-contractors comply with the stated quality, schedule and cost requirements.
  • Manage and resolve incidents or conflicts between all parts involved in the project.
  • IT literate on software like MS Word, Microsoft Project, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
