Project Manager – Re – Cladding Project – Slough

Position:       Project Manager – Re – Cladding Project

Location:       Slough

Salary:                                    £65k – £75k + Package

Position:

Project Manager required for a re-cladding project in Slough, reporting to a Contract Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site and managing sub-contractors and have an opportunity for genuine progression.

Project: 

The project is a £4 million Re-Cladding of a 9 storey residential block in Slough. Work includes stripping and replacing the cladding on the 9 storey occupied block, reporting to a Contracts Manager.

Individual:

The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes. Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.
