Site Manager  – Fit Out

12 Month Contract

The Company

This Site Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading fit out contractors. They have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region’s most iconic buildings.

The Role

We are looking for a Site Manager (site-based lead) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of a refurbishment scheme on a government building.

  • Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget.
  • Manage project programme.
  • Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
  • Assist with site establishment and site logistics.
  • Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.
  • Identifies and manages risk.
  • Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
  • Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.

To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach.

You must have BPSS vetting and full security clearance.

EL1 is desirable for the suitable candidate.

Experience within government buildings also ideal.
