Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with at least 2 years’ experience?

We are seeking someone to join my clients multi-disciplined Consultancy practice based in Kent.

Experience:

  • Previous experience from a Developer or Main Contractor
  • Be able to produce Cost Plans from drawings and estimate building
  • Estimating
  • Confident in client liaison and attending design team meetings
  • Main contractor valuation certifications
  • Reviewing and analysing main contractors tender submissions
  • Value Engineering
  • Package Procurement and tendering
  • Cost Benchmarking

Clients
Principally Local Authorities, Housing Associations and other Clients based around London.
