This Planners role is to work on a permanent basis for a prestigious tier 1 main contractor who have the lion’s share of the residential / hotel markets. Due to their success of the past several year’s where they have delivered some impeccable schemes and having recently secured several new long term frameworks they are now in a fantastic position.
Role
We are looking for a planner who has proven experience of working on new build and mixed used schemes. You will be working within a new vibrant team, potential for freelance – permanent or straight permanent.
Key skills would be around client interaction and also present to client when necessary
Our client is look for someone that can do that rather than could do that rather than just churn out programs
