**Exciting New Associate Facilities Management Position**

The Company:

This Associate FM position is with a leading global property services company with a major UK presence. They have established themselves as one of the leaders in the Facilities Management market and this role sits within their Asset Services team in London.

The Role:

This Associate position will be responsible for managing eight Building/Facilities Managers and overall oversight of 80-120 buildings in central London. As well as to oversee and take ownership of your operational sector, whilst providing National support and drive, develop and grow revenue and deliver on business development initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven track record across a variety of property asset classes and client sectors
  • Experience in leading projects on time to deliver seamless client experiences.  Delegating to the team to ensure the right expertise and experiences are engaged to gain the most from the available resources, time, and desired objectives.
  • Experience in successfully taking on responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
  • High level of commercial awareness and a track record of successful business development and client relationship management.  Seeking to fully understand the client’s world to identify ways to add value and strengthen business relationships.  Can turn challenging relationships into positive working relationships assertively.
  • Experience in networking and building harmonious relationships internally and externally.
  • Able to assertively persuade and successfully sell solutions to clients
  • Experience in lead client contact positions, successfully conducting pitches and presentations.  Able to connect with the audience and clearly demonstrate the value in the Cushman & Wakefield solution.
  • In-depth market and local knowledge in the relevant business area.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry sector.
  • Financial acumen and budget management

Qualifications Required

  • Diploma/Degree or suitable equivalent
  • AssocRICS (FM only)
  • Member of a professional body such as IWFM or suitable equivalent.
  • H&S IOSH
