Account Manager – Water

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Location: London and Home Counties.
Salary: £40-50k (£80k+ OTE)

The Account Manager is part of a regional team and will take direction from the Regional Sales Manager, liaising and co-ordinating with the appropriate Business Development Manager and Operations and Customer Service Manager as required

Responsibilities

• Carrying out contracted technical visits to customers in accordance with the contractually agreed timetable.
• Responsible for existing client portfolio and reports to Business Unit Manager.
• Account management of approximately £900k p.a Portfolio Value of Existing Key Accounts and upselling them.
• The majority of the clients are based in Central London and the South East.
• To plan personal sales activities and customer/prospective customer contact including the establishment of priorities in support of Company aims, as well as the managing of personal time and productivity.
• To manage the customers or territory assigned to the job incumbent in a manner which conforms to the market development strategy agreed with the relevant Regional Sales Manager.
• To maintain and expand the Company’s business with existing customers by ensuring that they are fully aware of the full range of the Company’s products and services, working in conjunction with the regional sales manager.
• To manage the product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to the aims agreed with the relevant Regional Sales Manager.
