**Exciting New Senior Programme Management Position**

The Company:

This Senior Programme Management role is with a leading global property services company with a major UK presence. They have established themselves as one of the leaders in the Project Management / PMO market covering both the public and private sectors. This role sits within the Programme Management Office (PMO) and is to lead the delivery of a major workstream of projects.

The Role:

This Senior Programme Management position provides strategic insight and advice as well as the development and coordination of Real Estate project delivery systems at the project and business level. The PMO is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive project controls system and providing executive oversight and project management support.

The job role of a Senior Programme Manager involves the following duties (not exhaustive):

• Provide governance for the project management delivery team to ensure consistency in delivery and output
• Engage the required market resources from internal or best in market suppliers
• Be responsible for all aspects of the client’s Programme of works ensuring the plan is professionally run and delivered
• Manage all associated stakeholders as appropriate to enable the Programme to be delivered
• Work with the wider project teams, including consultants and other real estate professionals
• Develop and maintain project controls system, including current schedule of all projects and related activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for quality assurance, budget control and consistency with project delivery.

Preferred Experience:

• Degree in Real Estate Project / Construction Management
• Progressive experience in Transaction or Project Management, including successful completion of directly managed constructed projects, -OR- Bachelor’s Degree in unrelated field with preferred 2 years progressive experience in construction project management, including successful completion of directly managed constructed projects
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization and influence decision making processes
