This M&E Quantity Surveyor’s role is with one of the UK’s major Main Contractors, they have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor’s in the Commercial, Residential, Public and Interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £10m – 100million.
The current position is for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their interiors and refurbishment division to work on a major scheme in Croydon.
The Person
We are looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor who has been working for a top 100 main contractor. You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the commercial MEP aspects of projects. There is circa £30m of MEP works so experience working on schemes with high M&E values is essential
