They currently have a monumental development in Dagenham that will deliver 3,500 new build homes, with the first phase comprising 935 units. Your Role: As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing a £40 million groundworks and infrastructure package. Reporting directly to the Project Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the site, including health and safety, quality, and productivity.
• Managing subcontractor teams to ensure the successful delivery of the groundworks and infrastructure package.
• Collaborating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Implementing effective project management strategies to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitoring progress and performance against project milestones and targets.
• Providing regular updates and reports to the Project Director and other key stakeholders.

Your Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:
