Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out/Refurb 

This Quantity Surveyor opportunity is to work with a Tier 1 Main Contractor, they have established themselves as a market leader in the Commercial, Residential, Public and Interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £10m – £100m.

Due to their success over recent years where they have delivered some impeccable schemes, they have recently secured several new long-term frameworks, which now puts them in a fantastic position to start investing in new teams.

The Role: 

• Ensure the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the operational teams in the implementation of H&S policies
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial reports to the client on time
• Issue of tender enquiries and package reconciliation
• Agree external valuations/ cash flow to maximise project value
• Produce main and subcontract final accounts with Commercial Manager
