Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out/Refurb Permanent

Quantity Surveyor 

This Quantity Surveyor opportunity is with wone of the top UK’s Main Contractor. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractors in the Commercial, Residential, Public and Interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – £50million.

Within this role you will need to have experience within:

• Ensure the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the operational teams in the implementation of H&S policies.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial reports to the client on time.
• Issue of tender enquiries and package reconciliation
• Regular review of group CR policies and ensure project teams are updated.
• Agree external valuations/ cash flow to maximise project value.
• Produce main and subcontract final accounts with Commercial Manager

About you: 

• Have prior experience within fit out projects.
• Experience on handling cost control and cash management
