We offer 3 primary recruitment services:

Exclusive Contingency 

This no win / no fee model provides a period of exclusivity to fill the role. This is our most common recruitment type as we are able introduce a number of our focussed retained search techniques into the assignment. 

General Contingency

Contingency is a no win / no fee model, you only pay a fee if we are successful in filling the assignment. This is common method when more than one recruiter is engaged on role and is also commonly used for more junior roles.

Retained Search

This is also known as Executive Search and is often used for senior level appointments or "scarce skills". This is a detailed and in-depth search of the market to source the hard to find and best in class candidates.

SPECIALISTS
