    5. Working Time Regulations

    Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, workers are not permitted to work more than an average of 48 hours per week unless they enter into an opt out. If you opt out, you will be permitted to work more than 48 hours per week but are not under any obligation to do so. You may withdraw your consent by giving us seven days notice in writing.

    For Velocity to pass my data to related third party associates when required such as payroll organisations.

I understand that Velocity Recruitment is under no obligation to find an assignment or employment for me and I am under no obligation to accept any offer of engagement or employment.
