Administrator with SharePoint Experience  Permanent

The Role:

We are looking for an Administrator to work with one of the UK’s leading property services companies.

This Administrator must be motivated and computer literate with experience of SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise project documentation using SharePoint.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Handle general office duties, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and supporting management on site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrator in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in SharePoint or alternative document management systems.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
