Position          Commercial Administrator

Location         Leatherhead

Our client are a leading construction management company that have an annual turnover in excess of £1.5bn and employ in excess of 2000 people. They are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join their Leatherhead office.

The candidate will:

• Assist with the commercial, contract and financial administration of all commercial activities.
• Maintain a smooth running of the administration function, as a key point of contact for customers, clients & consultants and should have an excellent telephone manner.
• Create formal orders
• Upload subcontract documents to relevant systems under supervision.
• Send & chase up order approvals & issuing to suppliers for signatures and uploading signed and completed orders on to Coins.
• Send draft warranties to subcontractor for confirmation of acceptance & advise the QS of any issues whilst maintaining relevant systems and documents
• Work as part of a team, liaising & communicating effectively with various levels of management.
• Handle highly confidential info, diligently with good attention to detail.
• Be required to deliver an effective and efficient administrative service and pro-actively manage one-off projects and recurring internal/external events and projects
