Commercial Manager – Fit Out/Refurb 

The role:

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor who work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – £100million. This Commercial Manager role is to lead either a framework, circa £35m annually or take the lead overseeing a major £35m scheme in the Northwest.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership, management, and governance for all commercial activities, pre and post contract, across either a single large project or a portfolio of projects.
• Drive clear costed strategies across projects on operational delivery, customer engagement and commercial management.
• Support the business objectives regarding work winning/ repeat business and Customer management.
• Actively promote and support the development of the Commercial team.
• Engage with all internal and external stakeholders, adapting personal style to suit the needs of individuals.
• Review of the monthly project cost reports and completing input into the business Board Reports
• Ensuring the businesses cash management plans are rigorously followed.
