TIER 1 Package / Construction Manager working with the operations team on a 150M+ Mixed Used Scheme. This OPPORTUNITY is best suited for someone who has Façade / Envelope experience OR Structures & Frame.
You will be responsible for overseeing the completion of the project reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The superstructure is underway, This particular site is one of London’s current most talked about projects involving Resi, Office, Retail and Hotel.
Main Duties
Understand the contract programme, mode, and strategy
Hold internal meetings with the senior Operational Team / Design team
Envelope / Façade OR Structures & RC Frame
Provide solutions / idea’s during meetings
Carry out day-to-day construction duties on a busy mixed used site
Ideally Have
Tier 1 main contractor experience
CSCS (Black OR White)
Mixed-Use site experience
