The Role

As our Contracts Administrator you will:

• Responding to incoming customer queries
• Liaising with team members to ensure queries are dealt with promptly.
• Ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate, up to date, and correctly filled.
• Monitor and review certification and accreditation.
• Form good relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
• Diary management
• Email correspondence with clients’ suppliers and internal team members
• Supporting other team members
