Contracts Manager – Fit Out

The Role:

This Contracts Manager’s role is with a leading regional Main Contractor, they have established themselves as a market leader in the Commercial, Residential, Public and Interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £1m – £20million.

The Role:

We are looking for a Contracts Manager who can manage multiple schemes at any one and your role will include

• Manage resources for the execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
• Track and measure project performance
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Procurement of consultant and sub-contractor appointments including scope of services
• Ability to manage designers and consultants to ensure design deliverables are issued.
• Close Out projects
