Document Controller

Location:             Chertsey

Salary:                  Up to £38,000 + package

Project:                 New Build residential development

The Company

This document controller role is with one of the UK’s leading residential developers. They are a well-established organisation with an annual turnover in excess of £1bn. All Projects will be new build residential development and will vary in size from £10m – £120m.

 

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller who has been working with a well-known main contractor or developer.

You will be responsible for the document control management of several residential sites.

  • Maintain site registers of design reviews
  • Create workflows
  • Set up the EDMS for new sites
  • Provide training on how to use EDMS software to colleagues and suppliers.
  • Generate document numbers
  • Quality checking all documentation and communication, Issuing communication status
  • Liaising with other teams.
  • Previous experience of SharePoint software is a must
  • Support the technical team with additional administration duties if required
