Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager (Internals) – South East London – New Build Residential
Our client is a specialist contractor undertaking new build residential developments within the social housing sector with project values from £50 million – £100 million
The need now exists for a Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager (Internals) on a scheme in South East London.
The project is just coming to 1st fix and the successful candidate will need to supervise and push through 2nd fix, wet trades, snagging to eventually handover.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will responsible for finishes trades, help push the snagging in line with programme and to the required client’s standard and be responsible for the quality of the finish.
The ideal candidate will have strong internals experience, preferably in the residential sector in a Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager capacity.
A current CSCS & First Aid is preferred.
An immediate start is offered with good rates and at least 6 months work
