My Client is a leading M&E Contractor who over the last few years has gone from strength to strength and are looking to continue that upward momentum through the rest of 2022. They manage various M&E schemes from smaller end, £500k issues, to upwards of £10 Million full building mechanical and electrical works.
They are looking to bring on a Surveyor to the team, but with a bit of a twist. As well as Surveying work, this role will include an element of Project management to it. As a result, my Client will put you through necessary training and certification in order to become accomplished in this.
The works will be predominately in London based sites, however will also be based in their London head office. You will be working as part of a wider team in order to ensure that Projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Successful candidates for this will need to come from a M&E Quantity Surveying background (2-4 years), who have the right attitude to develop with a major Contractor and enhance their skillset. Excellent training will be provided as well as a very healthy pipeline of work.
