Company Profile 

My client is a growing M&E maintenance provider who specialise in M&E installation and maintenance in the commercial sector. They have contracts all over London and are looking for a Mobile Pipe Fitter to assist the commercial team.

Purpose of the Job

Supporting the Services Team with the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems at various client’s premises in and around the London area.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out works at various client’s sites as directed by the Mechanical Services Manager.
• Ensure that all work is carried out within the designated timescales.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Always maintain the professional image.
• Complete required documentation for each job and ensure that it is uploaded to the CAFM system.
• Produce Risk Assessments to the standard expected for each job.

Key Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A good general education is essential, with a qualification in relevant discipline.
• Experience with working in client premises and forming working relationships with clients.
