The Company:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading fit out contractor to work on Cat B fit outs and full refurbishments ranging in value from £2million – £15million. Our client have established themselves at the forefront of the interiors and fit out sector and have an enviable and robust client portfolio.

The role:

As a Project Manager your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, successful, cost efficient and timely delivery of a variable number of projects at any time. We are also looking for a Project Manager who has experience in work winning  and your key duties will be:

• Lead proposals and presentations to win projects, ensuring bid teams are fully briefed
• Plan resource requirements for projects, managing and working with the project teams to ensure there is right level of competent and suitable personnel.

• Ensure a timely, quality and cost efficient set up and close out for projects.

• Proactively monitor project health & safety

• Manage and take an active part in the monthly project reporting process ensuring reliable and accurate information.
• Proactively manage and monitor programmes, change process and financial reporting

• Manage construction teams.
