Position: Project Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment – EWI, Windows, Roofs
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Package
Location: Chichester
Project Manager required for the award of a social housing refurbishment scheme in Chichester. You will report to a visiting Operations Manager and be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion and hand over.
Project: 400 street properties (tenants in situ social housing refurbishment project) in Chichester. Work includes EWI, windrow replacements, roof replacement and concrete repair.
