Quantity Surveyor required by leading main contractor specialising in occupied social housing projects in Chichester
Position: Quantity Surveyor – Social housing refurbishment projects – Chichester
Package: To £60,000 + car/car allowance + excellent benefits package

They undertake projects from as little as £500k up to as large as £60 million and pride themselves on staff retention and training and due to the company’s structured and rapid progression and growth. They have secured a number of new contracts and frameworks which will see them double in size over the next 18 months
Project: The project is an occupied social housing refurbishment contract valued at £4.3 million. Scope of works include window and roof replacements, External Wall Insulation (EWI), and concrete repairs for a prominent housing association.
