💷 £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
🚗 Own car & full UK driving licence essential

We’re looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for 30 weeks to join a well-known main contractor delivering planned maintenance works across the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Project includes

• Window replacements
• Door replacements
• External refurbishment works

The ideal candidate will have

• Previous RLO experience within social housing or planned maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with residents and site teams
• A proactive and organised approach to work
