Position: Senior Site Manager (Groundworks /Infrastructure) – New Build Residential – Dagenham
Location: Dagenham
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Package + Bonus
Senior Site Manager required by leading residential contractor to manage a £40m groundworks and infrastructure structure package. The development will in total deliver 3,500 new build homes in Dagenham with the first phase consisting of 935.
Company Overview: Our client is a leading residential contractor with a full order book. They deliver both affordable housing and private sale units in the South East and pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction, frequently winning awards from NHBC and What House? amongst others.
Project: My client has secured a huge joint venture with a large affordable housing provider to deliver the 935 new homes in Dagenham plus associated hard and soft landscaping.
Position: We require a Senior Site Manager with proven Groundworks and Infrastructure experience to report to a Project Director, managing the £40m package.
Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience with either a main contractor or specialist sub-contractor on new build concrete frame residential schemes. You will be fully responsible for day-to-day site activities through to successful delivery and hand over.
