Position – Site Manager
Location – Bromley
Salary – £55,000 – £65,000

My client, an industry leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager specialising within Social Refurbishment to join the team to work on the biggest framework awarded to date.
As part of a 15-year, major works programme worth up to £300m a year, you will be working on planned refurbishment projects to provide maintenance and fire safety works to 13,400 homes. With the support of an established team, you will play a key role in improving and maintaining homes across Greenwich, Dartford, Bromley, and parts of Medway Borough.
Reporting to a Contract Manager you will act as a number one Site Manager on your project with duties including but not exclusive to.
