Position: Site Manager – New Build Apartments – South London

Location: Herne Hill, SE24

Salary: Up to £73,000 + Package

Site Manager required by leading residential contractor to work on the build of 134 apartments in an £85 million project in Herne Hill, South East London.

Company Overview: Our client is a leading residential contractor with a full order book. They deliver both affordable housing and private sale units in the South East and pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction

Position: My client requires a Site Manager to drive delivery and quality on a new build residential project in South East London.

You will report to a Project Manager on the mix use development which is an £85 million scheme totalling 184 apartments and commercial space. It will consist of 4 x RC Frame blocks up to 16 storeys on behalf of a large social housing provider and it starts on site in February.

Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience driving and delivering new build concrete frame schemes. You will be fully responsible for day to day site activities through to successful delivery and hand over while reporting to the Project Manager.
