Position: Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment – EWI, Windows, Roofs
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Industry Leading Package
Site Manager required for the award of a social housing refurbishment scheme in Chichester. You will report to a Project Manager and be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion and hand over.
Project: 200 street properties (tenants in situ social housing refurbishment project) in Chichester. Work includes windrow replacements, roof replacement, loft installation and concrete repair and is part of a large framework my client has secured with a leading affordable housing provider.

They successfully provide Repairs and Maintenance Services to over 400,000 homes across the Southeast, providing stand-alone maintenance services, planned and reactive maintenance for Social Housing Landlords.
