It’s time to register your interest to tender for a share of £8bn as the Procure Partnerships Framework announces a second round of contracts in construction, infrastructure and demolition. Decarbonisation and retrofit work, as well as housing jobs, will also feature. The framework has been developed for public sector use across England and Wales by councils, universities and NHS trusts by Procure Partnerships.

Contractors are being encouraged to register their interest by completing the market-engagement questionnaires by 13th January 2023. There will then be two online engagement sessions on 18 and 19 January.

In the first iteration of the framework, which was awarded to contractors in 2019, Kier, Bam Construction and Morgan Sindall won places on all 20 lots.

The framework will go live in Autumn 2023 but the tendering process begins at the end of March 23. The main lots cover the North East of England, Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, East of England, South East, London and the South West. Each of those has sub-lots focusing on contracts valued at between £50,000 and £1m, £1m and £5m, £5m and £15m, £15m and £30m, and those valued at more than £30m.
